Except when delivering or picking up materials or merchandise, or operating for the purpose of installing, servicing and maintaining utilities, commercial vehicles shall not operate on streets or parts of streets within the village. However, the foregoing restriction does not apply to Drake Road north of Indian Hill Road, Indian Hill Road, Loveland-Madeira Road, Miami Road, Muchmore Road, Shawnee Run Road from Drake Road to the western corporation line, and Remington Road. Each person operating a commercial vehicle on streets or parts of streets not excepted herein shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 77.99.
