§ 77.11 UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE IN CERTAIN PLACES.
   (A)   Definitions. For purposes of this section, the following words shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
      ANOTHER. Any owner, holder, lessee, occupier or the person in charge of real and personal property.
      MOTOR VEHICLE. Motor bikes, motorcycles, motor scooters, go-carts, snowmobiles, and automobiles and all other vehicles which are motor-propelled.
      PERSONAL PROPERTY. All such property and shall include shrubs and growing materials located in Indian Hill, and located in buildings or enclosures on property outside Indian Hill but owned by Indian Hill.
      REAL PROPERTY. All such property and shall include buildings and improvements thereon located in Indian Hill and located outside Indian Hill but owned by Indian Hill.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motor vehicle on any bridle path, hiking trail, nature area, or other open space devoted to such purposes or on any real property of another, except on roads or areas specifically provided for motor vehicular traffic, except upon the prior, express consent of the owner. This section shall not be applicable to police or fire vehicles or vehicles of the service department of the village.
