§ 77.05 SPEED IN OVERTAKING A BICYCLE, A PEDESTRIAN, OR A PERSON RIDING OR LEADING A HORSE.
   The operator of a vehicle overtaking a bicycle, a pedestrian, or a person riding or leading a horse proceeding in the same direction shall:
   (A)   Slow to a speed which is reasonable for the condition;
   (B)   Exercise due care;
   (C)   Signal to the bicycle or pedestrian, but never signal to the horse;
   (D)   Pass to the left thereof at a safe distance;
   (E)   Not again increase speed or drive to the right side of the roadway until safely clear of the overtaken bicycle, pedestrian, or person riding or leading a horse.
