§ 11.04 TIME OF PUBLICATION.
   (A)   All publications shall be published as soon as practicable after direction or authorization to publish has been made.
   (B)   In the case of publication in a weekly newspaper, publication shall be made, if possible, in issues of such paper during the week of the passage of the ordinance, the adoption of resolution or with authorization of notices.
