(A) Ordinances, resolutions, or notices in respect to public improvement or assessments shall be published once a week for 3 consecutive weeks.
(B) Ordinances or resolutions relating to the functioning of any department of the village or relating to the administration of village business, shall be published once. However, Council may omit the publication of such ordinances or resolutions upon such determination with respect to any such ordinance or resolution.
(C) All other ordinances, resolutions, notices, or proclamations shall be published once a week for 2 consecutive weeks.
