Ordinances, resolutions, notices, and proclamations shall be published, as provided hereinafter, in a daily or weekly newspaper of general circulation in the village, or in the Indian Hill Bulletin, and shall be printed therein in type not smaller than that used in the body of ordinary newspaper stories in such newspaper.
