§ 71.03 REGISTRATION APPLICATION TO BE FILED; TAX TO BE PAID.
   No person who is the owner or chauffeur of a motor vehicle operated or driven on the roads and highways of Indian Hill shall fail to file annually the application for registration of that motor vehicle or to pay the tax therefor, as provided in R.C. § 4503.11.
