§ 52.130 PEG REQUIREMENTS FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEMS.

Any provider that receives a certificate from the FCC to provide open video services in the village shall notify the village of such certification. Any provider that operates an open video system shall comply with all applicable laws and FCC rules and regulations including those regarding support for public, educational, and governmental access ("PEG").
