All information submitted to the village that is considered trade secret and/or confidential/ proprietary information must be clearly marked as such when submitted. Pursuant to § 52.003 the village shall follow the requirements of R.C. § 149.43 regarding the disclosure of trade secrets and/or confidential/proprietary information.
