(A) The village will supply water to certain users of the Village of Milford Water System who are located west of the Little Miami River, and that water supplied by Indian Hill will be paid for by the Village of Milford, at the same rate charged all other customers.
(B) Insofar as it is possible for the parties to do so, each relieves the other from any damage occasioned to the other's system, or its customers' private system, by reason of differences in pressure, or otherwise, in the event water is used pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
(C) This agreement shall be in effect for the term of five years, provided, however, that either party may cancel the agreement upon written request to the other, and said cancellation shall not take effect until 90 days after the notice of cancellation except with the consent of the other party.
