The rules and regulations of the Ohio Department of Health as codified at Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3701-29 as they presently exist and as amended, are adopted, where applicable, as the rules and regulations of the village pertaining to the design, installation, maintenance, repair and operation of any sewage treatment system (as defined at O.A.C. 3701-29-01) in the village. Discharges and treatment of sewage from any property or structure within the village other than to a sewage treatment system, shall comply with the applicable rules and regulations of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati and/or the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
