§ 36.41 ESTABLISHMENT OF ARBORETUM ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   In order to carry out the care and maintenance of the Stanley M. Rowe Arboretum, there is created an Advisory Committee to advise the Council and the Manager as to that care, maintenance and improvement required by the Arboretum. The Committee shall consist of five persons to be appointed by the Mayor.
