§ 36.40 CREATION OF GREEN AREAS TRUST FUND FOR STANLEY M. ROWE ARBORETUM.
   There is created a fund known as the " Trust Fund for the Stanley M. Rowe Arboretum". This fund is to be used for the care, maintenance and improvement of the Stanley M. Rowe Arboretum.
