(A) There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Law Enforcement Assistance Fund. The necessity for establishing this fund is to provide for separate accounting records for revenues and expenditures associated with the state-mandated police officer annual training in accordance within R.C. §§ 109.802 and 109.803.
(B) The City Manager, or his or her designee, is authorized to make expenditures from the fund for any lawful purpose that is consistent with the purpose for which this fund is established.
