(A) A DUI enforcement and education fund is hereby established to enable the village to receive mandatory fines imposed by the state upon offenders of state statutes related to driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI) pursuant to R.C. § 4511.99 and to expend funds in the furtherance of law enforcement and public education efforts the pertain to DUI offenses.
(B) The City Manager, or his or her designee, is authorized to make expenditures from the fund for any lawful purpose that is consistent with the purpose for which this fund is established.
