(A) The criminal activity forfeiture fund is hereby established to enable the village to receive the assets accumulated by persons convicted in the course of their criminal enterprises and to expend funds in the furtherance of law enforcement purposes.
(B) The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to make expenditures from the fund for any lawful purpose which is consistent with the purpose for which this fund is established.
