There is established a special fund for the purpose of holding the amount of $100,000, previously appropriated in Ordinance No. 11-80, for the purchase of Camp Jim B. The Manager is authorized to make such investments as are appropriate, consistent with any applicable law, and as will yield the highest yield available within the legal requirements, in consultation with the Holding Committee of the Indian Hill Rangers Boy Scout Camp Incorporated. The Manager will pay over to the Holding Committee of the Indian Hill Rangers Boy Scout Camp Incorporated the income derived each year from the monies contained in the fund hereby created.
