§ 36.05 ESTABLISHMENT OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FUND.

There is established a public transportation fund of the village to which shall be credited all money received as fares for transportation of persons on public conveyances operated by or for the village, together with any incidental receipts from the operation.
