§ 36.02 CREATION OF PROPERTY RENTAL RECEIPTS ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is created a Code 14 within the General Fund of the village to be known as the property rental receipts account to take effect as of January 1, 1969.
   (B)   The City Manager is authorized to make such expenditures out of the code for making repairs to the properties of the village from which rentals are received, providing the expenditures are not in contravention with the provisions of the Charter of the village with respect to expenditures by the City Manager and provisions of the Charter with respect to expenditures except upon publicly advertised bids.
