§ 36.01 OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS.

   Any two of the following officials of the village are authorized to sign checks on the deposit funds of the village:

   (A)   City manager;

   (B)   Comptroller; or

   (C)   Chairman of the finance committee of Council.
