(A) The Village of Indian Hill will review each application for a site clearance release to determine its conformance with the provisions of these regulations. Each application may also be reviewed by the Planning Commission. Within 30 days after receiving an application, the Village of Indian Hill shall, in writing:
(1) Approve the application;
(2) Approve the application subject to such reasonable conditions as may be necessary to secure substantially the objectives of this regulation, and issue the permit subject to these conditions; or
(3) Disapprove the application, indicating the reason(s) and procedure for submitting a revised application and/or submission.
(B) Any person subject to division (A)(3) above may appeal to the determination of the Village of Indian Hill Planning Commission. The notice of appeal must be received within 30 days from the date of the disapproval of the application. Hearing on the appeal before the appropriate authority or his/her designee shall take place within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of appeal. The decision of the Planning Commission shall be final.
