(A) Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with, or violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and on conviction thereof shall be fined $250 for each violation offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day upon which a violation occurs or continues to occur.
(B) The City Solicitor is authorized, upon evidence of probable cause of violation, and to prevent future violation, to bring an action in a court of appropriate jurisdiction to enjoin violation of the provisions hereof.
