§ 53.04 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.
   The Village of Indian Hill shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of these regulations. The Village of Indian Hill may delegate any powers or duties derived from these regulations to any person or entity acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the Village of Indian Hill.
