§ 53.02 APPLICABILITY.
   These regulations shall apply to all residential, institutional, and semi-public properties responsible for discharges to the MS4 and on any lands in the Village of Indian Hill, except for those discharges generated by the activities detailed in § 53.07(A) to (D) of these regulations.
