§ 32.056  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DISABLED.  Anyone drawing full social security or veteran benefits.
   INCOME.  Salaries, dividends, interest, social security, welfare, pensions, rents and living allowances.
   JOINT OWNERSHIP.  Receive a full exemption if either of the husband or the wife have reached his or her sixty-fifth birthday and meet all other requirements.
   MOBILE HOMES.  Shall be considered as one residence and be subject to the same benefit as a permanent resident.
