§ 32.024  DUTY OF TOWN CLERK.
   The Town Clerk shall be charged with the power and duty of collecting and receiving the taxes imposed and levied under this subchapter. The Clerk may prescribe forms for filing of any reports or the payment of any funds set forth in this subchapter.
