§ 152.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter or of any regulation issued under the authority of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined an amount not to exceed that set by Council from time to time or be imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both. All prosecutions for violations of this chapter or of any regulations issued under the authority of this chapter shall be brought in the name of the town in the court of the county by the Corporation Counsel of the town or any of his or her assistants.
   (B)   Any person who demolishes, alters or constructs a building or structure in violation of this chapter shall be required to restore the building or structure and its site to the appearance prior to the violation. Any action to enforce this division (B) shall be brought by the Corporation Counsel of the town. This civil remedy shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any criminal prosecution and penalty.
