§ 30.42  DUTIES OF BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Beautification Committee to organize and promote an annual cleanup month for April of each year.
   (B)   In March of each year, the Committee shall make recommendations to the Council for beautification projects to be carried out during the spring and summer months.
