§ 30.41  DUTIES OF TRAFFIC AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ORDINANCE COMMITTEE.
   (A)   All matters relating to public safety and ordinances of the town shall be referred to the Traffic and Law Enforcement and Ordinance Committee and the Town Attorney, who shall serve as adviser to the Committee.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of this Committee to make recommendations to the Council for passage of or amendments relating to ordinances.
