(A) The Mayor shall, at the regular meeting in July of each year, appoint a Chairperson from the Council for each of the town standing committees.
(B) Each committee, unless otherwise stated, shall be composed of a Chairperson and two members of Council chosen by the Council.
(C) The Mayor, Town Attorney and Town Manager may serve as ex officio members, as well as any other town staff member or consultant.
