§ 71.05  RENEWAL APPLICATIONS.
   Renewal applications must thereafter be made 30 days prior to the annual license year which shall be January 1 of each succeeding year. No public hearing shall be required on a renewal application unless requested by one or more of the agencies listed in § 71.03, by the Commission or by any member of the Town Council.
