Upon reasonable notice mailed to all persons listed in § 71.02(A), together with a notice of time and place and purpose published once a week during the two preceding weeks in a newspaper having general circulation in the town, the Town Council shall cause to be conducted a public hearing before the Town Planning Commission (herein referred to as the Commission) and in addition to reports and statements given by the public in attendance, the Commission shall receive and make public reports, touching on the impact of the proposed location of the vehicle on the specified area, upon the public health and welfare of the portion of the community affected thereby, from the following agencies:
(A) The County Health Department;
(B) The County Building Inspector;
(C) The Police Department of the town;
(D) The Public Works Department of the town; and
(E) The Fire Department of the town.
