(A) Upon any street bordered by a curb, and upon any street where the area for parking away from the travel portion of the street can be clearly discerned, no vehicle shall be parked with the left side of said vehicle next to the curb, or in the event there shall be no curb, next to the outside line of the parking area paralleling the travel portion of the street, except on one-way streets, and it shall be unlawful to stand or park any vehicle in a street other than parallel with the curb or street and with the two right wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the regularly established curb or line, except upon those streets that have been marked for angle parking, vehicles shall be parked at an angle to the curb indicated by such marks.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale, or to park any vehicle upon any business street from which vehicle merchandise is peddled.
