(A) No vehicles other than Fire Department or other emergency vehicles while performing their duties shall park in any parking space reserved by signs posted according to law for fire lanes on public property or in privately owned parking area open to the public.
(B) A summons for such offense may be issued by law enforcement officers or uniformed law enforcement department employees without the necessity of a warrant’s being obtained by the owner of such private parking area.
