§ 30.17  APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES; QUESTIONS OF ORDER.
   Special committees shall be appointed by Council in accordance with the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order. Special committees may be composed of Council members and/or qualified voters of the town. The Mayor shall decide all questions of order, but any questions of order decided by the Chair may be appealed to the Council.
