(A) The Town Council shall, without further notice, hold regular meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. eastern standard time in the Town Volunteer Fire Department, and that a majority of Council members present or in office shall constitute a quorum.
(B) The Town Council shall deliver, after reasonable notice, in person, to each of the members of the Council, said notice setting forth the time, day, place and purpose of such meeting, hold special meetings upon the call in writing of the Mayor or any four Council members, and a majority of Council members present or in office shall constitute a quorum.
