§ 30.04  SEAL.
   A corporate seal of the town shall be adopted in the following form: two concentric circles of a diameter of two inches, between their circumference the name, “Town of Independence, Virginia,” and within the inner circle the words, “Corporate Seal, 1934,” a drawing of the seal appears below.
