§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any resident who violates the terms of §§ 50.01 through 50.05 shall be subject to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation.
   (B)   Each violation, and every other failure to comply with the provisions of § 50.06 shall be a separate and distinct offense, and each day of the continuation thereof shall be a separate and distinct offense, for which the offender shall be subject to a civil penalty of $250. In the event of an unsuccessful appeal of a citation for this offense, the offender shall also be liable for the costs of said appeal of the Code Enforcement Board in the amount of not less than $200 nor greater than $300.
   (C)   Each violation, and every other failure to comply with the provisions of § 50.12 shall be subject to a civil penalty of $250, along with all outstanding invoices owed to the third party trash vendor, including any penalty and interest charged by the vendor. The city shall also retain the right to issue said payment on the yearly tax bill.
