The provisions of the City of Imlay City Zoning Ordinance shall be enforced by the Building Official and/or Zoning Administrator and/or by such other official(s), as may be designated by the City Commission. These persons are hereby designated as the authorized city officials to issue municipal civil infraction citations (directing alleged violators to appear in court) or municipal civil infraction violation notices (directing alleged violators to appear at the Municipal Ordinance Violation Bureau), as provided by §§ 35.01 - 35.07 for violation of any provision of the City of Imlay Zoning Ordinance.
