The City Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, Mechanical Inspector and Electrical Inspector are designated as the authorized city officials to issue municipal civil infraction citations (directing alleged violators to appear in court) or municipal civil infraction violation notices (directing alleged violators to appear at the Municipal Ordinance Violations Bureau, as provided by §§ 35.01 - 35.07 for violations of any provision of the Building Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code or Electrical Code.
