CITY OF IMLAY CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
§ 32.23 DEVIATION FROM PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   No deviation from original plans or specifications as adopted shall be permitted by any officer or employee of the city without authority of the City Commission by resolution. A copy of the resolution authorizing such changes or deviation shall be certified by the City Clerk and attached to the original plans and specifications on file in his office.
