§ 30.26 DIRECTOR.
   (A)   The Department shall be under the direction of the City Manager.
   (B)   The Director of the Department shall be appointed by the City Manager.
   (C)   The Chief of Police, Ambulance Director, and the Director of Public Safety may be served by one person.
