§ 154.02 MOBILE HOME PARKS.
   Mobile home parks may be permitted within the city in districts zoned as RM Multiple-Family as established by the City Zoning Ordinance set forth in the appendix of Chapter 155, Zoning, upon application to the city and compliance with the provisions of Act 243 of the Public Acts of 1959, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1001 et seq. and the Zoning Ordinance.
