§ 154.13 LAND USE CERTIFICATE.
   (A)   Prior to the human occupancy of any mobile home at any mobile home site, the proprietor, developer or his authorized agent shall apply for and secure a land use certificate for the occupancy of each individual site so that the city may ascertain that the more detailed requirements of this chapter were hereby met.
   (B)   The minimum floor area of any mobile home shall be not less than 550 square feet.
   (C)   Certificate of occupancy shall only be issued for mobile homes for a period of not less than 90 days within any one calendar year.
   (D)   The City Building Inspector or other agents authorized by the city are hereby granted the power and authority to enter upon the premises of such mobile home park or site at any time for the purpose of determining and/or enforcing any provision or provisions of this or any other city ordinance applicable to the conduct and operation of mobile home parks.
   (E)   Fees for inspections and the issuance of certificates of occupancy required or issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be established by resolution of the City Commission and shall cover the cost of inspection, administration and supervision resulting from the enforcement of this chapter.
