(A) A place of such design and arrangement as to be easily kept clean and located within 300 feet of each individual trailer site shall be provided where slop pails and empty garbage cans may be cleaned. Water under pressure shall be available at such places and proper protection provided to prevent back-siphonage.
(B) A sufficient number of adequate fly-proof and watertight containers shall be supplied for the storage of garbage. Incinerators shall be prohibited.
(C) Garbage containers shall be emptied at least every three days and shall not be filled to overflowing or allowed to become foul smelling or a breeding place for flies. Garbage and rubbish shall be disposed of in a manner which creates neither nuisance nor a menace to health and which is approved by the City Health Officer.
