§ 154.09 MINIMUM SANITARY AND UTILITY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Only mobile homes that have approved National Underwriters toilets, plumbing fixtures and other appliances shall be permitted.
      (1)   Plumbing fixtures shall be connected into a public sanitary sewer or city approved facilities, and shall meet the requirements of the County Health Department and the State Plumbing Code.
      (2)   Water supply shall be obtained from the city.
      (3)   Sewer rentals and water charges shall be regulated by city ordinance [i.e., Chapters 51 and 52].
   (B)   All fuel oil and all gas tanks shall be located on each mobile home site in a uniform manner. All tanks shall be elevated on noncombustible stands and placed on a concrete color.
   (C)   Construction costs of all utilities shall be the responsibility of the developer.
