§ 154.06 LOCATION OF MOBILE HOME PARKS.

All mobile home parks shall be located on a well-drained site, properly graded to insure rapid drainage and freedom from stagnant pools of water. In addition, access from the trailer coach park to the nearest major thoroughfare shall be by means of a public right-of-way of not less than 60 feet in width. No access shall be permitted throughout a residential district.
