§ 154.03 PUBLIC NUISANCE PER SE.
   The location of any trailer or mobile home park subsequent to May 12, 1971 and in violation of any of the provisions hereof is hereby declared to be a public nuisance per se, and shall be abated by order of any court of competent jurisdiction.
