§ 152.15 SCHEDULE OF FEES.

The City Commission shall adopt a schedule of fees by resolution which shall include the cost of engineering review and other costs incurred by Imlay City in reviewing and processing the preliminary and final plats. This shall include the cost of Imlay City retaining planning consultants and/or other experts to advise the City regarding a particular plat.
