§ 130.71 DEFINITIONS.

The definition of words and terms used in this chapter shall be the definitions contained in the state Medical Marijuana Act, M.C.L.A. 333.26421 et seq. For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall also apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

DISPENSARY. Any location providing medical marijuana to qualified patients.
